Stride Tool Announces Management Change

GLENWILLOW, OH (September 13, 2007) – Stride Tool Inc., a worldwide designer and manufacturer of specialty hand tools, recently announced a management change. Ron Ortiz, CEO, resigned from his position to serve as CEO of Nulpa Corporation of Sun Valley, California. Nulpa manufacturers fiberglass handles, striking tools and other fiberglass related products. Ortiz has assumed an equity position in Nulpa Corporation.

Peg Adams, Stride Tool’s President, has been with the company since 1999, and will continue to provide operational and strategic leadership.
